Here at DirectHemp.com, we love to educate! We have all been in the industry for years and love finding out new facts and information around hemp and CBD. So obviously we’re a bit bias here but we think a great place to learn more about hemp and CBD is right here on directhemp.com. Make sure to subscribe to our emails as we launch education every Wednesday and our community is the first to find out about these articles.
With that said, we want to let you in on a little-known fact in the CBD industry. Companies, like us, that sell products on their websites are extremely limited on the type of education they can put out. Education, even when backed by studies that can be found on official government websites, can often be seen as claims by the FDA. The FDA has sent many warning letters in the past to companies selling CBD that claim their products prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure serious diseases, such as cancer. Claims can be links to studies, customer reviews, or educational articles. Because of these regulations there is a lot of information out there that we are not allowed to share with our customers through or platform. This is why we promote self-education! We want you to have the tools to go out and learn more about hemp and CBD than we are allowed to teach.

When we are looking for specific answers and studies that are finished or currently in process we love to use the National Library of Medicne – pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov Here you can see that a simple search for CBD comes back with almost 8,000 results. You can also refine your search results by looking for a specific condition and pairing CBD into your search entry.
Also, ProjectCBD.org is a non-profit out of California that focuses their efforts on CBD news and education.
